Just updated and now it doesnt recognize the letters at all! My screen shot doesnt look anything like what loaded. Please fix.

When will this app be fixed?

When you load the picture of your game the letters that Lexalizer comes up with are complete gibberish.

No updates from the app maker. Why did we pay for this? Can we get a refund?

Purchased years ago, hasnt worked for about a year.

Worked fine until iOS 8 and later versions. Wont load a screenshot properly and crashes on every other function. Dont bother downloading until the developers can fix this train wreck.

Have used this app for a couple of years with no problem. After IOS update about six months ago it has not worked at all, and there have been no useful updates on their support page. Dont waste your time!!

**update: Doesnt function at all anymore. Simply get an error m stage when you try to solve that says: Failure to Authorise. Please make sure your iPhone is set to the correct date" Hasnt worked properly for months now. At first it was just the image recognition that wasnt working; a rather large annoyance but at least the program still worked. Not it routinely crashes when switching between it and words with friends in order to manually enter your letters. Bottom line, I wouldnt pay again until it works correctly.

As many others here have stated, Lexalizer is no longer able to correctly parse screenshots. Thats a shame because I have long used it to make up for the lack of a "teacher" feature in WWF. Now Ill never know what that elusive higher scoring word was.

This used to be a great app. The image recognition was superior and the solutions always worked. Then the image recognition failed and has never been fixed. Now it crashes if you switch between the app and the game. Very slow and frustrating. Avoid until or unless it is restored.

I guess developers gave this app up

BROKEN Update December 2015: Image recognition on iPhone 6 Plus does not reflect actual image at all. Stay Away. Does not work with New Words With Friends as of 13 January 2015.

The app works at solving Scrabble/Words with Friends puzzles, however, when switching between apps, the program crashes EVERY TIME! The optical recognition doesnt work with Words with Friends since Zynga updated their program. Something about the translucent tiles doesnt pick up properly. The app is great if you can deal with the crashing and dont mind keying in your words.

Used to be easier to use. Now have to retype your board due to lack of recognition. I use it if I want to look for better options than Ive already found but prefer to actually play the game myself. It works but takes more effort. I would previously have given it a 5 but will leave at 3 until they restore it to its prior ease of use.

It still manages to work despite the crashing. I understand Zynga updates their app to try and stay ahead of apps like these. The latest update is causing crashing issues when the screen changes. After an image load, after pressing the solve button. It still works and loads to the correct screen when I reopen the app. I have used this app for many years against a mother-in-law that is pretty ruthless at word games... I will re rate when an update rolls out.

App doesnt work import brings in garbage, worthless program I can use free programs if I wanted to type everything in. Oh and the sites work too unlike your app

Words with Friends game board does not match the actual game board, making this useless.

Crashes every single time to open the app, move to a different app, then return back to Lexalizer. Still works fine as far as game play and assistance for Scrabble games, as long as you dont mind re-opening the app each and every time you try to use it -_

App constantly crashes. Its terrible and no word on updates or fixes.
